Rob Dixon has long been an ally to women in Christian spaces where patriarchy is often the default. In his recent book, Allies in Ministry, he has written specifically to other men who are exploring their role in supporting the women in their lives as they navigate these spaces that are not always hospitable to them or their gifts.
