Osheta Moore is a pastor and peacemaker bent on demolishing the hold white supremacy has had on God’s children. Her brand new book Dear White Peacemakers: Dismantling Racism With Grit and Grace is the book I would hand to so many of my White friends contemplating how they can move forward in their journeys of anti-racism. Osheta declares loudly to each of us our belovedness and speaks with confidence that shame does not lead to shalom. This book (and our conversation!) are an incredible gift from Osheta. She speaks to us one peacemaker to another, honoring the work each of us are doing to walk with love, toward peace, in the way of Jesus.
