Getting the chance to meet and talk with Dr. Froswa’ Booker-Drew was a time of pure light! She is as kind as she is wise and insightful and so much of her newest book, Front Porch Wisdom, will no doubt continue to impact how I view and navigate situations of leadership as a BIPOC woman. This text is so desperately needed, and I am thrilled Froswa’ literally answered the call to write it for us! Among other pertinent points, we talked about inclusion and representation as well as mentorship and talking well about people (when they’re not in the room!). I promise there is something for everybody in this conversation!
