Episode 313 – Sheila Wise Rowe & Nicholas Rowe

So many of us would count ourselves as leaders in one area of our lives or another. Many of us would also count ourselves among those who have experienced some kind of trauma, whether it was early in our lives or later. And, as you would suspect, those groups have significant overlap. That’s where Sheila Wise Rowe and her husband, Nicolas Rowe‘s work from their latest book comes in. In this conversation, we discuss their recent book, Healing Leadership Trauma, where they address the various areas of trauma that leaders often deal with and how they can heal and continue to lead in Christ-centered ways. This conversation was life-giving for me in so many ways (as was the book), and I am so excited to share it with you. If it strikes a chord with you, I highly encourage you to grab a copy of their book, for yourself or maybe to read in a leadership community, finding ways to connect with yourself as a leader, even more deeply, so you can serve more effectively.
